The location is great and the apartment is comfortable enough. A few of the cupboards were broken, and there looks to be black mold in the corner near the bed from some sort of water leak. Still it was a nice apartment with a good view, and was a good value.

Short and sweet, it is an awesome place. The location is great for exploring Palermo, as you’re short walk (10-15mins) from all the bars and restaurants but the place is secluded so you don’t have to deal with any noise and can have a good night sleep. It’s a studio but has all you need, including a great sun deck where I would kill some time sometimes, simply enjoying the summer in Buenos Aires. For those of you that need to work, internet is great and I didn’t have a single problem for a full month of the stay. Lastly, Sandra Veronica is a great host and will do anything to make sure your stay is great. I asked for a blender, not really expecting to get it, but she came knocking on my door tomorrow with a new blender. Really amazing! All in all, great place and a great host and next time I’m in Buenos Aires, I know where I’ll be staying.

Me and a friend of mine stayed in Sandra Veronicas apartment for four weeks and had a great time! We would really recommend to rent this place! The apartment was clean and really comfy, big windows with a nice view and also a big bed! The gym is okay -- a little smaller than we thought but that's not a big deal. The terrace is AMAZING, good sunbeds and two showers out there which was a veery nice surprise for us! The location is great, you can find pretty much all you need within a few blocks. Sandra Veronica was really helpful as well, the communication was perfect. Once again, highly recommend!

Sandra is one of the kindest and most helpful Airbnb hosts I have met on my many trips. She is one of those people you would like to have around you as friends. Every question she answers patiently, every little problem she solves immediately. I really felt at home in the apartment. There is a wonderful fast fiber optic internet, digital TV, everything you need for cooking and eating, a super comfortable bed and I also liked to use the treadmill and the sun beds on the same floor. The area Palermo Hollywood is great for dining and for bar visits and the nearest subway station is just a short walk away. This stay was great and very relaxing!
