nice house out in the west virginia country it was smaller than expected but pretty nice overall the bed was definitely outdated and there was a few cobwebs but overall was a pleasant and easy stay

Overall the place is nice. The bed needs updating. Mattress is very worn. Some cob webs and such, so not sure why i had to pay additional cleaning fee during booking. Not a working farm, but you could go look at the goats i suppose. Private and pretty surrounding, but there are other Apts close by. Worth the money though, and i was ok with the other things. Just really needs a new bed!

What a Gem of a place. loved the peaceful farms and surroundings. we loved walking around the well taken care of fields and meeting the Goats and Jack were an added excitement. we loved every moment we spent there and would definitely be back to check out the other listings on the farm. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Outstanding stay. Ben and the on site manager Rebecca went well above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We haven't been back to that area for over 30 years and they made our stay perfect and stress free so we could reconnect with family. Lola our granddog even had a great visit. The wife and I have decided that this will be our go to place when we return. One last thing the peaceful surroundings and the wildlife were amazing.

Lovely property, beautiful country scenery, very tidy cottage with everything you need for a nice stay.
