Beautiful region, beautiful place, incredible experience. Nice people, very welcoming and helpful. It’s a paradise with a breathtaking view. We highly recommend ! Just make sure to read carefully instructions to go there, roads can be difficult. GPS won’t help and could even make things worse as it could show you « roads » that are too dangerous to take and that exist as « roads » only on the map. I would discourage anybody to go there by night for the first time.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Great place to stay with family or friends as you get the whole place for yourself, even if you just occupy one bungalow as a couple. The drive is not so difficult if you follow the instructions that you will get from Andrea but it is worth pointing out that the property is 20 minutes from Castelmola, so any trip you make takes at least 40 minutes out of your day. Some renovation works would make the place best value for money, I say this benchmarking this property with others we stayed during our Sicily trip.

It is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax with friends or family. A nice getaway from the city...yet close enough to go visit for dinner! Josephina is amazing to talk to and work with. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a really nice and peaceful stay. Josefina, who lives on site, was extremely sweet, welcoming and helpful! She took great care of us and our baby. The place was lovely - good common areas by the pool with kitchen and dining table. In addition, we had a bungalow with two rooms, in one of which there was also a small kitchen, which we did not use. We had a lot of trouble finding the place, but I think this is mainly because we arrived in the evening, due to a delayed flight, so it was dark on arrival. When you have to get there, follow Andrea's instructions carefully and get there in daylight! The place is located 30 minutes from Taormina up in the mountains.

La estadía en el Castello de Josephina fue espectacular. Tanto Andrea como su madre, Josephina estuvieron atentas a nuestra llegada que se hizo bastante tarde. La vista es increíble y la experiencia de parar fuera de la ciudad le dió un toque diferente al viaje. Muy recomendable!
