This place was worth every penny. A dream vacation made complete. We enjoyed watching whales with our coffee in the morning and at night with our cocktails. Amazing walkability to the best Malasalas shops and food. Book it now!

As pictured. Amazing communication from property management company! Very proactive and responsive! The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Starting to show a little age and some wear and tear, but still functional. Water heater failed on the first day but it was quickly replaced. Pool area was clean and there were plenty of chairs and beach towels. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to ABC Market, and strip mall shops.

The Good: It has a beautiful view of the ocean. Those of you looking for ocean view will be pleased. Great quiet neighborhood. There is a bakery with good coffee and pastries and breakfast food right across the street. We hit it every morning. There are also many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Pool area is beautiful and was well-maintained and clean. The Bad: After 10:00PM is quiet time. We weren't prepared for this and they had a to warn us a couple of times. Building manager is on-site and a bit rude. Understandable but a bummer. The beach located at the bottom of the stairs is not very swimmable. There is a rock barrier preventing you from reaching deeper water. You can access better beach to the left but it is blocked by driftwood, so you have to go around which is about a 5 minute walk. Surfaces could have been cleaner. Some things don't work like the fan in the bathroom and the ice water dispenser on the fridge. Check out time of 10:00AM was a bit harsh.

we loved our time. great accommodations! Just had a little problem with the gate code walking out wirhout the car. it was a little tricky at times to open it manually.

Perfect location- easy access to the North and South of island. Beautiful sunrise each morning and Sea Turtles in the evening. Will definitely stay here again!
