My stay at Chris and Joan's house was likely my most positive experience staying anywhere ever. They have an incredibly beautiful house, and the hosts are amongst the nicest people I have ever met. Throughout my stay, they were hospitable, accommodating, and super friendly! I was new to the US when I first at their place, but they really helped me settle in by using their local expertise to give me some great advice. I personally also love the fact that they have extensive experience hosting interns from several companies in the Bay Area. As an intern myself, it does not surprise me at all that this house tends to be popular amongst interns because it has access to popular shuttle routes, public transportation, proximity to Mcdonalds (essential), and all the amenities that you will need. It really gave me a 'peace of mind' that allowed me to make the most of my internship. The pictures are very accurate (if anything, the house is more beautiful in real life than in the photos). I'd highly recommend a stay here!
