VILLA PATRIZIA consists of four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. This apartment is the apartment number 2 and is situated on the ground floor.The villa is built on a plot of land of 2,000 square meters , fenced , with a gate and inside you can also park your car. The apartment has large verandas, two large bedrooms with two beds inside, satellite TV, air conditioning and Wifi, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen to cook. Villa Patrizia consists of four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.The villa is built on a plot of land of 2,000 square meters , fenced , with a gate and inside you can also park your car. The garden of the Villa is very big with flowers and trees, specially olives. It has also swings for the children. Your apartment is the apartment number 1 and is situated on the ground floor. You can reach it by going to the backyard where is the main entrance. The apartment is 50 square meters and has 2 bedrooms one large fully equipped kitchen with chairs and table to cook and eat, and a bathroom. It has also large verandas with table and chairs where you can take your breakfast or lunch having the view of the beautiful garden.The ' villa ' is situated about 300 meters from the sea and you can go to the beach on foot or by car.

Lieber Giancarlo, vielen Dank für alles, unser Urlaub in Acharavi in der Villa Patrizia war wunderschön! Die Oase verfügt über einen Garten inklusive Parkplatz, nicht weit davon befindet sich der Supermarkt, auch der Strand ist in der direkten Nähe der Unterkunft. Das Appartement ist hell, geräumig, sauber, es verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Einen besonderen Dank Giancarlo für die Unterstützung beim Transfer auf dem Hin-und Rückweg. Auch bei Fragen stand Giancarlo uns immer zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Villa!
Estuvimos unos días en el apartamento 2 y nos gustó mucho. Giancarlo nos dedicó un rato el dia previo, en Corfú, para explicarnos detalles y darnos algunos consejos para visitar. Durante nuestra estancia nos preguntó si todo iba bien e incluso nos permitió salir unas horas más tarde el último día, lo cual nos facilitó mucho la logística. Una persona muy amable.
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ist zentral in Acharavi gelegen, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt (auch wenn der nächstgelegene Strandabschnitt kein Sandstrand ist). Acharavi ist bestens als Ausgangspunkt geeignet, um den Norden Korfus zu erkunden, viele schöne Strände sind in etwa eine halbe Stunde Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Giancarlo war hervorragend, er ist als Vermieter immer ansprechbar, hat viele gute Tipps und Empfehlungen und ist auch oft vor Ort.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giancarlo, le logement est très agréable dans un jardin joliment arboré et sécurisé pour les enfants, je recommande vivement.
Lovely place. Everything as described. Attention to details by the host. Giancarlo was very welcoming and friendly. The beach nearby the villa was fantastic and peaceful. I would recommend Villa Patrizia. 10/10 and I will come back.

Villa Patrizia is situated in the town called Acharavi. Acharavi is the Main town for the North of Corfu.
Acharavi is a beautiful resort situated on the North coast of the island, located between Kassiopi and Roda, 35km away from Corfu town (Kerkyra) and around 40km from the airport. Acharavi Corfu holidays are particularly suited to couples and families who are looking for a combination of fun and rest. The resort of Acharavi Corfu comprises of two parts, the Old & New Village, and Acharavi beach which is almost 7 km long. You can reach the beach by various secondary streets that start from the main road. . Our apartment is located in one of these streets named “ street number 7”(corner with restaurant Acharavi Park - Greek Taverna)The beach is not far from the apartment(about 300 metres).
Acharavi is not just a resort, as it is the main town for the North of the island. And many of the local people visit on a regular basis to arrange their affairs. There is a post office, bank, a dentist and doctors ,supermarkets, hairdresser, florist and all the facilities found in a modern town. Acharavi Corfu holidays are ideal for cycling since the resort is flat with low vegetation and the mountain “Pantokrator” rising in the background. This resort is ideal for anyone who wants to have all the comforts, but at the same time tranquility by the sea.
The neighborhood is very quiet but not more than 100 meters from our apartments there is the main road with restaurants , bars, pubs, shops, laundry , bakeries , pastry shops , pharmacies, ambulatories, super markets, bank, disco and many other things. Not far away ( about 1 km fron our apartments) there is also a large water park for children and not only.
VILLA PATRIZIA is in the " Acharavi ".Acharavi is located to the north of the island, about 35 km from Corfu(Corfu town is the capital city that has the airport and the international port).
You can reach Acharavi from the airport or the port of Corfu by taxi, by public transport, by private transport or by bus. You can also reach Acharavi by renting a car, which i recomend you to tour all Corfu Islad which is quit big but very very beautiful with a lot of wonderful beaches specially the north side.
In Acharavi you can move around on foot, by car and by bike.
