While there were some hiccups that happened (place not ready when about to check in and did not have sufficient electricity at night), I would still recommend staying here as it was fairly clean and it was close to nearby shops also the place was nicely decorated 👍🏾.

I've just returned from a 3 week stay at the Sunyi Villas, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. My villa was clean, a good size, and well decorated. The beds were comfy, and all bedrooms were ensuite. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic essentials, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, hob, and a big fridge/freezer The staff at the villas were very friendly and helpful, and always at hand if you needed them. The villa was cleaned daily. The use of a please clean me/ do not disturb me system at the front entrance allowed for the cleaning to be done at a time which suited you. Outside, the pool was clean and used regularly to cool down. The gazebo area was nice to sit under, both during the day and at night.. For those walking getting to the centre of Kuta was easy, a torch being handy at night. Also, there were many trails in the area to explore. All in all, I'd like to thank Liz for my stay at her villa. I would highly recommend this villa for both family and friends.

Liz und auch David waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Verständnis einen Betrag zurückerstattet. Die Villa an sich wäre super schön aber sie muss dringend renoviert werden. Die Küche ist dreckig und überall Schimmel an den Wänden. Neben einem Defekten Klo und offen liegender Elektronik im Pool, waren alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit Flecken übersehen. Die Immobilie ist einfach in keinem guten Zustand, weshalb wir frühzeitig abgereist sind. Die älteren Bewertungen werden sicherlich zutreffen aber stand jetzt entspricht die Villa nicht den Bildern.

Very friendly staff. The villa itself is nice but need more maintenance. The furniture, walls and other stuff is already very used and could’ve been replaced. But i would book it again!
