We had a great time at Krista's! We came to Michigan for my son's baptism and to see family, and the house was perfect for my family that stayed the week with us. Very clean and Krista was very responsive. It's close to downtown Detroit, Royal Oak, Grosse Point, and the Eastern Market. My only area of improvement is the Internet. The connection kept dropping and the TV often did not work at all as it relied on an Internet connection. The Internet speeds were often less than 10mbps.

This was a great place for our 5 family members to get together. We had no problems and it was spacious and pleasant. Noteworthy was a nearby Vietnamese restaurant-“little Saigon”-great take out!! Highly recommended place.

Clean, very comfortable, well stocked, and a great back deck to enjoy morning coffee or steal a few quiet moments late at night. The location was perfect and centrally located. With the exception of a few longer day trips, we could be anywhere we needed to in 15-30 minutes. We traveled with our 88-year-young mother in law and finding a senior friendly house in Metro Detroit isn't easy. Krista and Travis's house was the best solution as having everything on one floor and a stand up shower were important to us. With a borrowed shower bench, Mom felt safe and could enjoy her showers after a long day. Like most (if not all) houses in the area, there are a few steps to get inside, but they were manageable and it was good exercise for mom. All in all, it was a great stay and I would not hesitate to stay again!
