This is the second time we have rented this house and it is absolutely perfect. The house has everything you could possibly want and is the perfect Montauk retreat. Tabitha is also very responsive and helpful. We will stay here every time we come to Montauk.

Impeccable clean new home fully furnished - perfect to spend a month .a week , or a long weekend in Montauk. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. 5 minute drive to town, Restaurants and shops. Would come Again !

We had the best time staying at this house! The home and property is gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need. When we were touring the house we were impressed with every turn. The pool has a safety cover which was great for having little kids. We enjoyed using the sound system inside/outside. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach (although, the beach right across the street does have stairs so that required a bit more manual labor to carry everything up and down but our husbands did most of the work!) We ordered food delivery from Stop & Shop which was perfect to save time. Lastly, Tabitha was so easy to communicate with before + during our stay, and overall we just had the best experience!
