This newly-built, modern space is fantastic. I absolutely loved the house design - half of the house is walled with windows, so there's a lot of light, but there are large curtains to block out the sun on hotter days. The back patio is great for a barbecue on the charcoal grill with a view of the Mekong river for ambiance, and the plot is far enough away from all surrounding houses to provide for a very quiet experience or getting together with friends. There are convenience stores and noodle restaurants across the street, and the center of town is a five-minute motorbike ride to supermarkets and a department store. There is even a computer supplies store called 'Advice' a ten minute walk from the apartment if you need electronics or a phone card. James is a responsive and helpful host, as are his parents, who live in another house on the property nearby.
