Clean, private , and comfortable. Fenced yard was a plus for dog, as was neighborhood for walking. Shower was amazing. Loved the Florida room, especially for reading, morning coffee and evening beverages. Plenty of linens and Kitchen well equipped for our month long stay. Appliances, tv, and WiFi worked great. Laundry area was conveniently off kitchen. Simple, nice. Only suggestion, a little better lighting in living room for reading. Thank you, Erik!

Great! The house on Hawthorne Street was large, clean and had a very nice large fenced-in back yard. My small terrier enjoyed being out there in the sun chasing a few squirrels and the couple of local cats who came to visit. Several blocks away is Shore Drive with a very beautiful walk along the water - Very quiet - Very few cars - Many beautiful birds. The hub bub of the main tourist center is about 10- 15 min away, but I much preferred this quiet residential location vs the crowded tourist center. Erik was very highly responsive to any Qs I had. The only tiny glitch is that the Key Pad is finicky. To open and close the front door, sometimes you have to be patient and try it multiple times. Would def stay again!
