Top notch co-host! You can immediately feel the difference when dealing with an experienced host. This apartment is definitely one of my favorites in Manila in this price range! The apartment has everything you need. I was met by the co-host as I got out of the taxi and he helped me with the check-in process which was fast and seamless. There are malls, restaurants and entertainment all within a 3-5 minute walk from your door. As an AirBnB guest for over 10 years, I have no problem recommending this unit to everyone.

This place is fantastic, near so many restaurants and the neighborhood's fun to explore! The best thing about this spot though is the hosts, Pasi and Kimfer are super conscientious, that's why they have such great reviews on all their condos, they earned those reviews by being incredibly attentive hosts. Their condos are all situated very close to each other which means they have incredible logistics for taking care of things, so things always run smoothly. At this point they have so much experience that they're hospitality experts. Also note this spot's perfect for anyone doing anything related to visas as the USA embassy and St. Luke's are both within walking distance and the condo and the building itself are super safe, super secure. In sum, I emphatically, 100%, super recommend this spot!
