We loved our stay at the studio! The space I beautifully decorated and kept in very nice condition. Leoš is very responsive, polite, and a genuine kind person. He has a good knowledge of the area and has lots of recommendations for activities and places to eat. We loved how convenient it was to get places (we came for the Sea Otter Classic). It’s nice being so close to the beach so you get the cool morning air. Checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

great eclectic studio apt near major Monterey attractions, but private and pretty quiet.

Leo’s place was great! It is the perfect size and has the most beautiful decor and yard! Leos was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great recommendations and a very comfortable place. Highly recommend!

Great private stay with amenities such as internet, full kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, and clean full bath. Location has a great bakery right around the corner. Leos was a proactive, hospitable host that ensured we felt very comfortable. I would book again if I come back to the Monterey area

A comfortable space in an unusual area; a mix of housing and commercial and light industry. Easy access to beach trail and into town, about 1 hour walk and 10 minute drive. Furniture and decor is unique, eclectic, comfortable. Well lit. I did feel safe in the space and the neighborhood.
