Le bruit est insoutenable, mais ce n’est pas la faute de Pallavi qui a été à l’écoute. Nous avons manqué de papier toilette, de produits de première nécessité et les serviettes ne sont pas propres, j’ai du en acheter également. Globalement et avec un peu d’amélioration, ce logement reste central et pratique pour visiter la ville.

Units was very clean and located very close to Edgware Road Underground Station which could be used to get anywhere in city. Unit was very clean and the washer/dryer combo was a plus. However, unit needs maintenance - specifically shower controls were broken and there was a broken leg on the sofa which made it virtually unusable. Bedding should be upgraded as well. But overall decent value if you are touring through the city.

Not one to leave a review unless it’s a good one but I was disappointed with the hospitality/communication/maintenance of this place. Upon arrival we noticed the sofa bed had a broken leg so we notified Pallavi right away. I offered to fix it if there was a screw driver in the apartment. Pallavi said that would be great since his maintenance guy was away during our stay and asked us to go buy one and he’d reimburse us. We spent 2 hours walking around trying to find a screw driver and had no luck. I let Pallavi know that we couldn’t find any screw drivers and he never responded. (We were here on a short holiday and us walking around trying to find a screw driver was unacceptable. Deliver it to your guests) Later that night I went to take a shower and the shower knobs to control the water were not attached. I Notified Pallavi and again, no response. Obviously the sofa bed was terrible but the actual bed wasn’t much better. You can also hear people and cars drive by very easily

We had a reasonably comfortable stay in Pallavi’s apartment. Plenty of space for two people, the bed is comfortable, the floor-heating system works well (though the thermostats are not intuitive) and the Underground is only about five minutes away (three lines). That said, there are some aspects where the apartment fell short. A number of small- or medium-scale items need to be corrected before we could recommend booking this flat. (We sent a list of “fix-its” to the host.) While as individual items none of them substantially impact staying in the apartment, resolving them would significantly improve the apartment’s livability.
