干净整洁 布置合理 空调噪音难以忍受

房子在一个别墅小区里，房间干净，和图片一样。交通有摩托车或者汽车的话，很方便。洗澡水，空调都很好。唯一困扰我们的是,空调噪音太大，并且就在床的上方。我们晚上都睡在客厅的沙发床上，也很舒服。

Apartment is really nice and clean. Me and my husband spend here a week, we rented a scooter so it’s close to beach around 5 minutes, but without scooter it’s boring to walk to far. The location is in “old resort” it looks like abandoned place. The bulding was empty so we were there only one guests. You can find too many lizards there and also they can come to your aparment inside (it was terrible for me). But hostitel and Maid are very nice. We had a problem with balcony door and hostitel fix it in 1 hour. I reccomend this place only for couples or guys, for girls alone no.

The photos are no longer matching the place if they were someday! The unit is located in an abandoned rural area of the town with no access to any convenient store or any civilization for about two miles or so. It is very hard to find the condo as the main entrance is blocked and to enter the area you will have to use a long narrow alley behind the building. The building has no security guards and there is no CCTV. Everywhere is rusty and dusty. The elevator is broken and there is no such thing as a “mini gym”! Inside the unit, everything looks old and dirty, nothing is like the glowing photos in the listing page, the items seem the same as photos but they clearly don’t match with their today’s conditions. The toilet was stinky. I personally didn’t feel safe and comfortable staying 1 minute in there so I asked for a cancellation and a full refund. The host is in fact very understanding and friendly, he proceeded with my request and refunded me fully.
