great place there's a nice cafe/bakery across the street, falafel a few doors down, and you're a few minutes from the skytrain you will walk past homeless people on your way in/out. still feels safe, even at 3am. they mostly don't even ask for money

The accommodation is close to downtown and the heart of Vancouver. The adjacent Gastown area offers a wide selection of nice and cozy cafes, restaurants and bars. You can even use the bikes provided in the apartment to explore Stanley Park, which is essentially Vancouver's greatest gem. There's also a grocery store, a small shopping mall nearby, and you can walk to the Skytrain stop within 5 minutes to get just about anywhere. However, it must be said that the condo is located right near Hastings street, if you don't know what I'm talking about, Google it or look it up on Youtube. However, there was no problem during our month stay, just the current homeless situation is a culture shock, especially for people living in Europe. The apartment offers a good multimedia system, so on rainy days you can stay at home and enjoy the comfort. Overall, I can recommend this accommodation, you just have to take into account the high incidence of homeless people in the area.

Awesome Airbnb and awesome Host! There are a lot of homeless people outside but they keep to themselves. The only issue is that they woke me up a couple times during my month long stay. Apart from that, the location is awesome with many great restaurants and pubs nearby.

Overall, was a nice apartment to stay in and if we had any issues Grady was there to help with anything. Bikes are a major plus to the place - very handy to use! A bit of a warning on the surrounding area, there’s a lot of homeless people outside and over the road. Area still felt safe, but worth noting.

Enjoyed my stay here, the apartment is lovely and its very close to the city center. The only complaint is that the area is a little rough, lots of homeless people and it can be quiet loud at night, although people in the street kept to themselves and we had no issues.
