Simply one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. This was our first trip with our baby but Joëlle and Ivan made everything so smooth over the 10 days in Annecy. Joëlle kindly provided nappy changing facilities and a baby bath which our son loved. Ivan gave great tips for lots of local activities & amenities. They were both so friendly. In terms of the place itself, as others have said - its incredible. The view from the windows dawn till dusk never gets old. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and joy to cook in. There's a lovely terrace to eat outside and we used the grassy area for us to play with our son. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom also modern. We also used the pool a few times, also with its incredible views. Location itself is perfect, set back from the busy road and at the quieter end of the lake. Several hikes from the door and many more within 10 min drive. The boulangerie and supermarket are a short drive away. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! L’appartement est très lumineux avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le lac d’annecy est à deux pas . Rien ne manque dans cette location d’une propreté irréprochable. Joelle et Yvan nous ont très gentillement accueilli et conseillé .

Un séjour délicieux au "bout du lac" d'Annecy. L'environnement ? grandiose, calme et apaisant, les montagnes de la Tournette et de la Sambuy sont juste en face, le lac et ses couleurs changeantes en contrebas. Le logement ? un nid douillet et d'une propreté absolue ! De larges baies vitrées, beaucoup de confort et d'équipements haut de gamme, une belle terrasse couverte, une superbe piscine ... Nos hôtes ? Comme on en voudrait toujours !! Accueillants, bienveillants, disponibles et charmants, en toute simplicité comme des amis ! Un Ré-Gal, de A à Z, du premier au dernier jour !! Merci, Joëlle et Yvan, d'avoir largement contribué à cette semaine de vacances exquise :)

Très bon séjour passé en famille. Chalet très bien situé, hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques, logement impeccable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Joëlle L'appartement est calme, avec une très jolie vue sur les montagnes, proche de la piste cyclable et du lac Il est très bien équipé La piscine est très agréable
