My family enjoyed our stay very much. Location to beaches and restaurants were only a couple of miles away. The house was exactly what our family of 10 was looking for! There was plenty of room for all of us and the outside and pool was thoroughly enjoyed.

Thus house was perfect for my family of 7. The pool was a huge hit for my kids. I was nervous about the water being warm enough but I worried in vain. The pool sits in full sun which is perfect for sunbathing and keeping the water a perfect temp. There was pool floats and supplies for my kids to use too. It was also nice with all of my kids that there was the swing-set and basketball court. On days we just wanted to hang out or catch up on laundry, this was an extremely useful feature. The inside of the house was clean which I VERY much appreciate and it was fully stocked. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. I also appreciate the open communication with the owner. He was very quick in replying and asking throughout our 9 day stay if we needed anything. The location was central to everything too. It was easy and quick to get to the grocery and mall shopping and a short (for us) walk to the downtown stores which had lots cute places to look through. Other visitors mentioned not having free beaches around the house. We also came across this problem (though we never did ask the owner about which ones were free). WE found however with the ones we visited that it’s the parking that’s not free, not the beach itself. My husband dropped us off at the beach entrance and was able to find places to park that were free and walk to the beach 🤷🏻‍♀️. Overall we loved our stay. It was a relaxing time and I would stay here again.

We came to the Cape to entertain family and friends who live in Massachusetts. The outstanding backyard with its lovely pool, patio/deck, basketball court, and the large indoor dining and living areas were exactly what we desired! Bravo Robert! We look forward to a return visit!

Could not have enjoyed our stay more at the cape house more! Beautiful and clean home that was in a great location - so many places to go within just a short walk. Pool, lawn, and entire outdoor space was well-kept and a great addition to our stay. Robert was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The fully fenced backyard, clean house and convenient location make this a fantastic listing. Also Robert was always quick to respond and kind. If we vacation in this area again we would definitely go back.
