Relax on the lounge chairs, in the hammocks or under the cabana on the beachfront. The swimming beach, with lifeguard service, free lounge chairs and cabanas, is an easy 3 to 5 minute walk East. Meals are served FAMILY STYLE. Our Houseman is a licensed lifeguard, and he will take you out on paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkelling. Please inquire to obtain permission to bring pets. Well-behaved pets that do not go on any of the furniture may be permitted. Note, that the Management of Silver Sands Estates requires pet owners to clean up after their pets. Dogs must be kept on a leash. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by your pets. You must get prior permission to bring your pets. If you do bring your pets without prior permission, you may not be permitted entry to Silver Sands and Endless Summer Villa. FURTHER DETAILS: Should there be a power failure, there is a standby generator which trips in automatically and powers the whole house, including the air-condition units. Two separate drinks refrigerators in large Bar in Living Room. A wide doorway leads to the solar-heated plunge pool and mini-pool. On sunny days, solar panels on the rooftop can make the mini-pool very hot and take the chill off the larger plunge pool. There is no artificial heating. Up the spiral staircase to Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7. Bedroom 5 and 7 feature spacious balconies and panoramic views of the coast. Bathrobes, Two Yoga Mats & Two Blocks, light dumbells and a barbell with weights and an Exercise Bench. Cable television, Telephone, MP3 player connection for stereo, lots of books and games. Child-friendly villa with optional Safety Pool Fence, Crib, High Chair, 192 inch Super Wide Gate and Play Yard, Children's Toys, Swing on the beach. Free use of beach wheelchair. A ramp to access the villa, and three removable ramps to make the entire ground floor level (bedrooms, living and dining room) easier to navigate. Note there are no wheelchair accessible toilets or showers at Endless Summer. Fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators, industrial 6 burner stove, microwave oven, and an array of small appliances. Shopping for food supplies: We can advise you where you can get the best range and quality of food at the best prices. We can also set up an account for you at the local supermarket in order to have your groceries purchased and delivered to the villa before you arrive. You pay the supermarket upon arrival. Smoking permitted in outside areas, including the two balconies, pool deck and seafront. Endless Summer Staff Endless Summer is staffed with three full time employees. During your stay in this vacation rental, you will discover that service is second to none. There is a Housekeeper, a Chef, and a live-in Houseman. The Endless Summer staff strive to prepare and serve the best food at Silver Sands. Do not hesitate to advise them of your requirements, and any special requests. Meal times are flexible, but the latest that dinner will be served is 8:00 pm, allowing the chef to clean up the kitchen afterwards. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome! The Chef You may send us your grocery list or meals required a few days before arrival and the Chef/Houseman will do the shopping for you locally and from Falmouth, where there is a relatively huge supermarket with a wider variety of items, a large market for fresh fruits and vegetables, and a fishing village where the catch of the day is available. An itemised bill will be given to you. You will be required to pay this bill on arrival. You may discuss your meal requirements on a daily basis with the Chef and arrange meal times, with the dinner being served at the latest 8:00 PM. The Chef may stay at Endless Summer overnight in Staff Quarters, which you may lock off when you want complete privacy. Groceries may be ordered by telephone from the store in Duncans, where an account may be established for you. You will be required to settle this bill directly with the store and major credit cards are accepted there. If you arer staying more than 5 nights at Endless Summer Villa, the Chef/Houseman will make another free trip to Falmouth to buy groceries on your behalf. You will be required to fund this with cash, and itemised bills will be returned to you with your change. The Housekeeper The Housekeeper, is responsible for cleaning the villa, including bedrooms and bathrooms, daily. She will also do your personal laundry, used during your stay, returning your items clean and ironed at the end of the day. The Houseman He is not a butler. He lives on the property in Staff Quarters which you may lock off when you want complete privacy. He is a licensed lifeguard and he will help you with the water sports equipment and accompany you when you are using them. The Houseman will also provide general assistance to you at the villa.
