This three-room independent flat accommodates up to 5 guests. It is located in Carbonia 20 minutes by car from the beaches and 45 minutes from Cagliari airport. Nearby there is a pine forest, shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building with a large garden, private parking and small storage room for bikes. Another similar flat is rented on the ground floor. You can find it in my profile. Small animals allowed. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, equipped terraceand patio with barbecue. We provide unlimited WI-FI, air conditioning in living room, HD TV, washing machine, bed linen and towels set, barbecue, various beach equipment. On the upper floor of the building there is another similar independent apartment that can be rented. You can find it in my profile. Together two apartments offer up to 10 beds, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is surrounded by a large garden with 2 barbecues, a solar shower, a relaxation area equipped with table and chairs, a paddock with two turtles. We also offer our guests free indoor parking and covered storage for bicycles.

Soggiorno rilassante passato presso l'abitazione di Natalia, in auto da Carbonia si possono raggiungere ottime spiagge e visitare la sempre bellissima Sardegna.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole, Natalia ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su le spiagge più belle e su ciò che ci sarebbe stato utile sapere. La casa è molto grande pulita e con tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, come ad esempio accessori per il mare. Il parcheggio è gratuito davanti a casa e c’è anche un bel giardino con il dondolo. Si può raggiungere in pochi minuti un centro commerciale dove si trova veramente di tutto. Le spiagge dei dintorni sono bellissime e a pochi minuti di macchina, d’altronde stiamo parlando della Sardegna. Nel complesso consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno da Natalia

It is located in a very quiet residential area with panoramic views. Within walking distance there is a grocery shop, butcher's shop, greengrocer's, supermarket, tobacconist's, pizzeria, beautiful Mount Rosmarino Park. The city bus stop is 50 metres from the house. In the rest of the town, there are: historic centre with shopping streets, several large shopping centres with supermarkets and shops, restaurants with local ethnic and international cuisine, pizzerias, wine shops, market, cinema, theatre, stadium, swimming pool, wellness centre, hospital, all within 5-10 minutes by car.
Parking is inside of property and free of charge.
There is covered storage for bicycles.
It is possible to rent bicycles and cars.
Numerous transport services are available in the city: the city bus stop is 50 metres from the house, city taxi and transfer service, direct train connections and minibus shuttles to the airport and Cagliari city. The beaches can be reached by bus service.
