Sehr schöne Unterkunft, allerdings etwas hellhörig, sollte man innerhalb der Reisegruppe nicht immer gleichzeitig Schlafen gehen. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist sehr schön, der Weg zum Strand allerdings je nach genauer Lage 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wenn man die nötigen Verbrauchsgüter nicht mit berechnet, hat man an Ausstattung so ziemlich alles was man benötigt, also vor allem in Punkto Küche ein klares Plus. Alles in allem also empfehlenswert

Insgesamt war unsere Unterkunft im Zandvilla-Park wirklich super. Die Häuser sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küchenaustattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Man muss sich lediglich darauf vorbereiten, dass keine Grundausstattung an Öl/Essig etc. vorhanden ist. Das war für uns kein Problem. Man ist zu Fuß außerdem schnell am Strand oder kann im Naturschutzgebiet nebenan spazieren gehen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Marcia war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Gleiches gilt für den Check In und Check Out. Wir würden den Villapark immer wieder besuchen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kamperland! The villa was spacious and welcoming for our family and friends gatherings. Our favorite part included the cute patio area to the pond with hammock, and view of the alpaca! They were such a lovely surprise and so sweet to watch. The sauna was the most special feature to have during our chilly fall stay! As a regular traveler there were a few things that were different about this property. For one, we were told that some basics would not be provided. If you’re more local and able to bring them that’s cool… but coming from the U.S. this was really inconvenient for us. We were lucky our family from Belgium drove and brought us dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, seasonings, oils etc. Now apparently, this is to prevent cross contamination- which as someone with hypersensitive food allergies I appreciate. However, it was almost like camping, the amount of things we had to procure for a holiday. We also lacked basic cleaning supplies for counters and bathrooms. An indoor broom was provided along with an outdoor sweeper. The vacuum provided was mediocre. For a beach house, managing the sand with these tools was a challenge and time consuming for us. We keep a really tidy home so it bothered me to take time from my vacation to put that much effort in.** If your stay is not long like ours, please just consider me dramatic. I just want you to be aware. Marcia was incredibly helpful, friendly and prompt. Z’AND is a beautiful community and we really enjoyed the location. For example, I requested additional pillows and hand soap in the middle of the night (jet lag) and someone delivered them first thing in the morning! They did also provide us a small welcome kit with a few dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and kitchen scrubber. But with a full house, they were used immediately. The community even sent us emails when there was intense wind/rain so we knew to put our outdoor patio back securely which was helpful! Kamperland beach was probably one of my favorites in the areas we visited. Super clean! Boardwalk was also really lovely! Overall I’d give this a 9/10! Thank you Marcia and Z’AND.
