地理位置优越，离海鲜市场和SM很近，房间不大但是一应俱全，装修也很漂亮，非常推荐。

我希望用中文来评价，可以给予更多来菲律宾玩耍的中国人更好的的建议。这是一次非常棒的住宿体验。房间不大但是五脏俱全，生活设施齐全，而且因为楼层高，望得很远，能直接看到马尼拉湾和城市之眼（还有起飞的飞机好近~）。房东杰拉尔德很好客也给与我们很多建议，很棒！

Had a good stay at Gerald’s place. Check-in process was smooth and his uncle guided me to the flat. Location is central and accessible. Flat is well equipped with amenities, appliances that you may need. My only concern was, there were some little cockroaches during my stay, in the bathroom and in the living room. Overall it was a good stay and the flat did lived up to my expectations.

As someone who booked this place for 3 times until today, my rating is based on the following aspects: The Host - Gerald and his uncle are very accommodating. Gerald gives prompt and clear notice/information regarding your stay. Aesthetics - very pleasing to the eye and minimalist, which I personally like. Function - minimalist yet we don't feel cramped or uncomfortable. The sink on the bathroom is just unfunctional, but the bathroom is just close to the kitchen sink so no worries. The temperature and atmosphere is pleasant. It feels cozy and comforting which is good for sleep. The lighting is also adequate. Kitchen equipments and diningware are complete and in good condition. Terrace view is also great since this is in the building's penthouse. Location - very accessible from Vito Cruz and Gil Puyat station. MoA is 1 quick taxi ride away. Will definitely book this place again and recommend to my colleagues.
