Ideal place for families with a couple kids! Tons of interior space, lots of toys, amazing private gated courtyard with communal toys for all the families, quiet, and clean. Private garage parking included but car not necessary since it's 5min walk to both tram and metro. Groceries and restaurants also 5-10 min walk. Jannes was incredibly friendly and communicative and helpful -- a wonderful host and a great experience!

Me and my friend had a great time at Jannes’s place!!! The neighbourhood was super cute and very family friendly. The place itself was perfect, and they even set up a blow up mattress for us. The house was super nice and super clean! Only downside was that the wifi was a little bit spotty, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The house is super close to a subway station which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent séjour. Maison très sympathique et agréable à proximité du métro et tramway. Accueil au top. Très réactif et flexible pour le départ. Fiche explicative avec tous les conseils et recommandations pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement ! Encore merci pour tout !

Jannes and Inges’ house really is a home from home -which is great as you have home comforts that wouldn’t be present if this was solely a holiday let. We travelled with 2 children so it was great to have extra space which doesn’t exist in the centre of town! We hired bikes so the distance from the centre wasn’t an issue, otherwise there was a direct tram that took about 20 minutes. We had a lovely city break -thank you Jannes and Inges!

We a had a wonderful stay with two adults and two kids. The place is better than can be seen in the fotos and the area is lovely and very well connected to the places to go and see in the city.
