The location was super great: very close to Chatelet les Halles station (which can get you anywhere in Paris- such as Charles de Gaulle airport, Arc de Triomphe or Eiffel Tower- by RER trains or metro), Eglise st Eustache, uni supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and wonderful mini restaurants and cafes, and Louvre, as well. However, we had to climb with heavy suitcases through really narrow stairs to reach to the 3rd floor. Even the wooden stairs inside the house were narrow. We tripped over a few times. The house was dusty and the floors were sticky unfortunately. The kitchen and the bathroom were clean enough. The couch was not easy to turn it into bed and was not comfortable at all, so I, my husband and my 8 year old son shared the bed.

Place was very clean. They kindly provided three rotary fans as there is no AC. Unfortunately, , we were there during extreme heat, so it was a bit rough. Located on a bustling street, there are many fabulous cafes, bistros, cheese and chocolate stores- everything is right outside the door. The added bonus is that you can not hear any noise at all from the apartment as you do not face the street.

L’appartement est fidèle aux photos : il a beaucoup de cachet ! Son emplacement au cœur du délicieux quartier Montorgueil est parfait pour accéder à toutes vos envies culinaires et autres shopping. Situé au dernier étage d’un immeuble en fond de cour, il n’y a pas de bruit et pour Paris, c’est plutôt exceptionnel :) Enfin, bravo pour la propreté irréprochable !

A lovely stay and beautiful apartment

We had another apartment booked which was cancelled at the last moment, we were so lucky that Habitat Parisien's apartment was available for us to snap up. Nicholas was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were concerned about the stairs and how to bring all our luggage up, but Nicholas was great in organising for someone to assist with this at check in. The apartment is just as the photos - beautiful, designer, spacious and clean. We stayed in winter and the apartment warmed up nicely with the heating. We really enjoyed the location it is in the best part of Paris - close to everything and so many great food options nearby. It also felt extremely safe with the courtyard and private entry. The stair case is a bit narrow, windy and steep (as they all are in Paris), which was no issue for us, but may be an issue for others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely book again. It was a very spacious apartment and we fit comfortably with a toddler.
