Laura was genuinely kind and caring individual, who takes a lot of pride in her Airbnb hosting responsibility. Her home was cozy and welcoming. It was a beautiful location, with access to everything I came to do. very close to amazing trails and historic sites, lots of restaurants and other awesome local things to do (like a Farmer's market, love music, and a fair!). Laura gave great recommendations for everything. She was very approachable and responsive. Her flexibility with my check out was appreciated, due to a later flight departure and allowing me to get out for a mountain bike ride and shower before my very long travel day back home. Her place had everything I needed for cooking and the room was incredibly comfortable. I would without a doubt,l happily stay here again, if I'm able to make my way back to the area (which I sure hope I do get to!).

Excellent affordable option if visiting Cottonwood and nearby areas like Sedona and Jerome. The room was very comfortable and the place was clean. Laura was friendly and pleasant. I didn’t have much need for the kitchen but there was a stove and room in the fridge (no microwave I think). I’d stay here again!

Laura is a wonderful host. She is a great conversationalist and knows much about her town and the surrounding areas. She can turn you into the culture, food and entertainment as well share some great stories. My stay at her place became an added gem to my trip. Every time I do go back to visit Sedona and Cottonwood, with Laura in her home is where I will stay.

Laura was welcoming and gave clear instructions on how to find the place. The place was clean and accurately described in the listing. I appreciated finding a budget friendly place to stay. I arrived tired and left well-rested, which is just what I was looking for my 1 night stay.
