My family stayed at Jason's property for a month. Initially when we arrived we had a bad impression as some of the linen in the bedrooms were not properly cleaned with hair etc. Jason was fast in having someone come over to have the beds stripped and fitted with brand new bedding. We also had issues with the garage opener not working reliably and the AC not working. Again the host promptly arranged repair. All these issues needed our time away from work/family time. While we were there the house seemed that it had not been adequately maintained, but at least the issues were solved for the next guests.

Jason was very kind and helpful when I needed him as well as the lady who cleaned the hot tub. Sadly the pool isn't heated so it was too cold to use while we were there in February. The beds were all very comfortable and after I cleaned the bathroom and took out the garbage that was left in the house when I got there, everything was great!

The AC was broken when we got there but Jason quickly got someone out to fix it and even got a second opinion to make sure we would be comfortable. He was quick to respond and even refunded us a little for having to deal with the AC. You could tell that he cared about the comfort of our stay.
