The house is pretty true to the listing; the kitchen is updated and has almost everything you might need. The bathroom is bath only, so probably not ideal for a stay that is not super-quick. Beds are very comfy, and bedrooms are spacious. The heating didn’t work very well, so the downstairs area was pretty cold during our short stay.

Such a pretty home. Could not have been cleaner. Comfy beds and sheets. Fully equipped. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Linda and Rick's. We appreciated the clear and proactive communication right down to the written instructions for the lovely old bathtub. There are thoughtful touches like bottled water, a coffee station and bags of ice in the refrigerator. The house was neat and tidy. We're planning to return to Martinsburg later this year and would definitely stay at this house again.

Truly felt like Grandma’s—homey, had character, and strong bones. Unique house (loved the tub). Had all we needed. Walking distance to downtown.
