Great location, small shops all around, easy to walk for groceries. Grab and FoodPanda deliver to the location with ease. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work fabulously, you almost don't want to leave, but there are several provided fans to keep cool in the main area. The beds were plenty big, although the mattresses were too hard for our comfort. The extra pull out beds on rollers underneath the main beds came in handy. Almost everything needed to cook was provided, rice cooker, hot water heater, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans for the cooktop.

Agnes' place felt safe to stay at. It was our first-ever Airbnb stay we were antsy at first about this booking. She was pretty much straightforward with what to expect. We stayed at her place around July and it felt really hot in the living area which is expected for a tropical stay. Maybe if she can add one more fan dedicated to the dining area it would be really great. Yes, I will definitely consider staying again at her place. It's the same block as the laundry shop. Look for the weekend lechon on the highway going to Jollibee those guys never disappoint us with their tasty lechon.

I contacted the host to cancel my booking as my father was admitted to hospital with the expectation that he would not last long. But the host failed to get back to me to discuss alternatives. I obviously I didn't go on my vacation and then Unfortunately my father did pass away but not until after my vacation would have finished so now my insurance won't compensate. But if the host had responded we may have even been able to rebook the vacation for later in the year. As the host does not offer full or part cancellation. Even though I messaged the host more than 1 month before vacation. So I say do not book unless you can 200% guarantee you will be going on your vacation. Im totally disgusted that the host failed to respond in any way.

I have to tell you this home was just perfect for my stay and recommend this home for anyone or a larger group than just me. Everything was in order and the guide was spot on accurate. I will be renting this home again in the future and if you rent this home you’ll find everything close by or a short trike ride away.
