The apartment was very neat and cosy, there was everything you need for either short or long term stay. Washing machine, internet, dishes, everything for cooking, etc. It's perfect for 1 person to stay. The building is magnificent, I loved the swimming pool. So far, it's the best swimming pool I saw in Bangkok. I also loved the sauna and the gym. And location was perfect! Very close to big malls.

Owner was very responsive and friendly. I could enjoy staying Bangkok nicely. Gym and pool were very nice. I also enjoyed sauna a couple of times. There are many massage places and local restaurants.

We stayed here for more than 2 months. Dr. Winai; the host is a helpful and well organized person. He gave us a clear step by step instructions for check-in process to be easy. He provided all the information asked even though it is not related to the condo. He is very responsive. He usually replied the messages within an hour. The home is fully furnished and in excellent condition. As the location is at the city center, we can easily access to Siam, Central World, Platinum etc within 10-15 min. Although the location is at the city center, the environment to not crowded at all and it is a peaceful place. Recommended!

Had a very nice stay at Winai‘s place from May to July 23. Winai is a great host who always took care of us and everything related to the apartment. The apartment is a great deal if you are looking for a short term accommodation e.g. for internships, as most rentals in Bangkok require a minimum stay of 6-12months. The only downside for us was the traffic noice from Phetchaburi Road. Skylounge, Gym and Pool on the 37th floor were really great and offered amazing views over Bangkok!
