Unfortunately I left right after getting to this property and booked another location. There were stains in the bed + a booger and more importantly, there was no natural light unless I opened up the curtains to the deck which meant people could see completely in you room. Essentially you have to choose between privacy and sun light. The shower is connected to the toilet so when you’d shower the entire toilet area gets wet and it felt unhygienic. What was worse was when I respectfully contacted Alfia, she called me a liar and blew up on me being incredibly rude. She was sarcastically saying that I don’t like the sun and I don’t know how ACs worked. I was respectful the whole time but all professionalism left the window when I told her I’m going elsewhere. I’m sure she has her side - but I’ll say that this was the only time I’ve ever left an air bnb immediately after arriving and felt compelled to leave a bad review in my 10 years of using this service.
