Location wise, you can easily find your preferred store where you can purchase local food and drinks. Guests also managed to visit some spots within the area. There are a lot of improvement though: 1. Missing towels and comforters. When guests arrived, we have to ask the reception to bring us in when they should have anticipated the number of towels and comforters needed. The number of guests where also declared at least 2 hrs before the check in time. 2. Water supply – They mentioned it is under repair without prior notice. Guests waited for around 2-hrs for its availability. 3. Familiarity of receptionist in the building – Someone left us the documents at the lobby but they had a hard time identifying who received it. Therefore, no proper endorsement to the next receptionist. 4. Security – Someone allowed himself to enter the 5-storey bldg., took 2 bottles of lotion, coffee and food in the pantry and refrigerator. This someone also tried to force himself inside the room and stopped

The location was great. The house was clean. The downside was there is still a sewage odor in the bathroom based on the previews reviews. I have brought the owners attention about it and said it was fixed prior to our arrival. The drain from the comfort room on the ground floor was clogged, it flooded the floor, they brought someone to fix it.

Great place, inside the Skylark Hotel. It has 5 floors completely available with 4 beds each. Very clean and comfortable
