Staying at Kristin’s Place totally surpassed our expectations. Ricky was an excellent host and in advance of our stay called to check details, he also couldn’t be more helpful during our stay, checking in and giving us details for various activities / places to go. The villa is simply stunning and every aspect has been well thought through from the partly covered pool which gives welcome shade, the out door toilet meaning you can shower straight from the beach without walking sand through the house to the spacious bedrooms and amazing dining / sitting area. This is the ultimate house for hosting friends or family and has everything you need from BBQs to Dutch pots, it’s all there. The wonderful Shamilla who is the day to day contact lives locally and would pop in to see if we needed anything, from fresh linen to organising boat trips. Location was perfect, close to Crown Point but not too close whilst being private. Highly recommend Kristin’s Place and we will be back!

We had such a great time! Kristen Place was a great location, close to the airport and right off Milford Rd, which has great bars, restaurants, and gyros! We had a party of about 40 people come to Tobago to celebrate our wedding, unfortunately/fortunately we did not all fit in the hotel - so needed an abnb. Kristen Place is wonderful, very open and great for entertaining, we were able to have folks over for games and drinks. I highly recommend booking with Ricky. We had everything we needed and a great sound system too! Pool was great, plenty of a/c, clean rooms, great bathrooms, 2 tanks - so no water issues. Shamila was fantastic! Very warm and hospitable, even organized a glass bottom boat tour for our group! I will definitely be back with a group, great hosts, great property, great communication, great time!! 5 stars all the way!!

We booked thru AirBnb. And Ricky called me a few days later to discuss and confirm arrival etc. He also shared the housekeeper's number with me. When we arrived, she was there waiting for us at the house and did a walk thru, showing us everything we needed to know. We initially booked for 4 nights and then extended an additional 2 nights. We were never disturbed etc. Ricky had security patrol the area and check on us discreetly. The rooms were perfect, the AC's worked like magic. The pool was the highlight. There was an outside stove and bbq grill. We had a time!!! Kristin's Place is definitely seeing us again!
