This cottage has been rented to guests for over ten years. This is our first time listing on AirBnB so don't be hesitant due to the lack of reviews! This cottage is our personal vacation home. As such, the lofted area has our personal belongings and is NOT included in the rental space. You have access to the entire first floor, the walk out basement, deck/patio areas and large yard. Room for a small boat or jetski may be fit at the dock, otherwise the resort across the way may have slips for rent. A public boat launch at the public beach is less than five miles away.
