Clean, cozy, and spacious. Sinéad’s place was fantastic and her communication was excellent. Check in and out was effortless. Perfect pitstop on our trip from Dublin to Connemara.

We were looking for a place to stay after a big driving day, and the Local was exactly what we needed. Lots of space, enough bedrooms to allow our party of six adequate privacy, large and well-equipped kitchen (although if there was a coffee maker, we couldn't find it). It would have been perfect if the connected pub also served dinner, but unfortunately it was "drinks only", at least for our stay. However, the information book recommended a great place just 15 minutes away. If you're going to be near Dystart and don't want to go any further, you'll be pleased to stay here.

Lovely place to stay very clean and beds were very comfy. Friendly atmosphere in the little pub next door with a lovely cosy fire. Cash and revolut only in the pub. We will definitely book again.

The place was clean and tidy, including a kitchen that, while a bit dated, was spotless. Sinéad was friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Although the location is a bit remote, it's ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.
