Not a bad stay, but the place wasn’t clean, especially since we pay a cleaning fee. The pillows were stained and the couch had a weird smell. None of the kitchen appliances or utensils were cleaned. They don’t provide you with toilet paper so if you have to go to the bathroom when you get there make sure to stop at 7/11 first. The a/c doesn’t work very well and you’ll have to pay a 5000 baht deposit ask you are responsible for the amenities. We landed late at night and no one was at the front desk. We tried calling the numbers on the front desk and no one responded. We waited about 2 hours to get into the apartment and the “butler” just told us to wait until someone comes out. There’s also no shower door or curtain so the bathroom gets wet every time you shower. The building amenities were fine, but the checking in every time we wanted to use them was kinda obnoxious. Everyone was nice but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed here for about 3 months and would come back to stay again knowing what I know now. The apartment has everything you could possibly need- a 24/7 7-11, hair & nail salon, facial spa, 2 business centers, game room, multiple pools, gym, and a garden. I arrived a bit late around midnight and I was greeted with no complaints. The cons came up the longer I stayed. The location is a little less than an hour ride on the MRT to Sukhumvit where most things are like shopping and food. The weekend market was only about 30 min which was nice. If you start there you could easily get a grab deeper into downtown BKK. There wasn't much cookware. The pan that was there needed to be replaced as well as the knife which broke but it wasn't hard to replace. Also needed better cleaning supplies like a sweeper mop and cleaner. Overall, the stay was great for me as I was looking for somewhere quiet that I could call a temporary home while I worked online. The host & housekeeper were responsive.

Place was really nice even better then pictures. There is a lot of communal area for you to use and everything is really well maintened and nice. There was a working space with good internet, we were able to work without a problem for a month (speed around 30/15 down/upl) - in apartment internet was even a bit better, so no problem there. You should just be avare that you don't get any soap/toilet paper or anything like that and that you pay for electricity and water - but bill ended up really low, 1000 for both for a month (we didn't really use much of ac and no cooking, mostly were out of apartment so it makes sense). Communication is a bit confusing cause they don't speek any english and translate sometimes loses a point, but they really want to help so it was okay.
