Petite maisonnette dans un lotissement aménagé dans un ancien joli village. C’est surtout l’extérieur de la maison qui est charmant ; la vue imprenable, le terrain de tennis , les transats, tout cela était parfait! Nous avons eu malheureusement du temps un peu maussade durant quelques jours et l’intérieur de la maisonnette est un peu exigu...

We had a lovely stay at Giulia’s villa. It is situated in a beautiful part of Tuscany atop a hill with stunning views over the valleys and mountains. The check in process was very easy and helpful. The villa had all the necessary amenities including tennis racquets for the shared court.

Das Haus liegt in einem Weiler mit wunderbaren Steinhäusern. Die alten Gemäuer, wie auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel, vermitteln sofort ein romantisches Feriengefühl. Die Zufahrt über die «Strade Bianche» (weiss präsentiert sich anschliessend auch das Auto) ist mit der gebotenen Zurückhaltung problemlos zu fahren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns darin auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Pool und Tennisplatz sind in gutem Zustand, wir konnten beide täglich uneingeschränkt nutzen. Die Ruhe tagsüber und auch in der Nacht ist einmalig. Die Kommunikation mit Laura verläuft professionell, auf Anfragen reagiert sie extrem schnell. Sie hat uns ausserdem mit Tipps und Ratschlägen (Anfahrtswege, Parkierungsmöglichkeiten etc.) sehr geholfen. Einziger Minuspunkt – das wurde jedoch im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert – ist, dass für Einkäufe oder Restaurantbesuche das Auto unabdingbar ist. Insgesamt haben wir zwölf richtig gute Tage im Haus von Laura verbracht.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home is well appointed with obvious care and had everything we needed. Great set up for spending evenings outside as well. And then there is the location. Very private and peaceful. A beautiful little hamlet. The view is totally spectacular. We've saved the best for last. Our hosts Giulia and Laura are so genuine, caring and helpful. They made us feel as though our vacation was the most important thing to them. Special people. Thank you Giulia and Laura. Hope to see you again.
