Во-первых, хочется отметить гостеприимство хозяина... Он приготовил для нас различные вкусности, для перекуса с дороги и воду, что было весьма кстати по приезду)) Во вторых, отметим, что в квартире было достаточно чисто... В третьих, не было проблем с заездом и выездом из квартиры. Очень продуманная и удобная система, как для хозяина, так и для гостей... Не требующая личной встречи с друг другом) В четвертых, в квартире есть новая стиральная машина... Это оказалось очень удобно) Единственное чего нам не хватило, это сменного постельного белья, сменных полотенец, утюга с гладильной доской и русских каналов на кабельном телевидении! В остальном все было чудесно))) Очень благодарны хозяину за отличный отдых)))

About Condo. After staying for a month here with a 5 y.o. kid we concluded it the best kondo and the best unit to stay. Windows are at the inner side (Easter Island: giant stone heads) and it is really easy to watch the kid playing on his own on the playground in the yard. We walked around a lot and compared to other condos in the neighborhood this is the most equipped for kids: playgrounds with slides and swings, water slides. Also, we find it the most nice looking. There is Espania not far away and it looks better (Barocco marble) but it is definitely for adults without kids. There is a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just next to condo's gates, a premium pizza place (taste their ice-cream too) and a few local cafes where we found nice Tom Yum and other local food. 50m away there are 2 bike rental services next to each other. There are no more in 1.5 km radius. The condo is placed not in the first line. It is around 900m to walk along a straight road. There is a free pickup (Thai tuk-tuk) arranged by hotels going regularly to the beach. However, we didn't like the sea and went to the islands (or military base beach) for beach days. About the unit. On arrival, we were met personally by the host and treated with some snacks. Thank you, Cody, it was sweat. The room was clean. As a great benefit of this exact unit, I should stress the presence of a washing machine, mosquito nets (!!), digital lock (!!), internet within the unit and all working pass-cards required for a condo. We made friends with several guests in the condo and learned that it is not the case for all units here though all the units are equipped by the developer of theis condo and furniture is mostly the same. Mosquito nets allow sleeping all night with open windows. You really don't need an air-conditioner at night. These items were definitely added by the host and are maintained. Cards included, it's a pain to go to the gym if you don't have the gates card. All the equipment in the unit is working well. There were enough cutlery and cooking utensils for a family of three people. If we come again to Pattaya we will stay here again, for sure.

Замечательно! Нам очень понравилось! Комплекс огромный, чтобы проплыть бассейн мне нужен час!!! Расположение: 10 минут до моря, где ходят тук-туки. Местный тук-тук возит на море по расписанию в 10, 12, 14, 16 часов. Не далеко ( пешком 20минут с детьми) рынок, где есть все: фрукты, овощи, морепродукты, хозтовары. Хозяин очень приветливый и всегда на связи. Любезно сделал нам интернет и поменял диван. Спасибо огромное за великолепный отдых длинной 1.5месяца! Обязательно еще вернёмся!
