Fabulous place to stay and we would most highly recommend it. The cottage is immaculately clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a great quiet and private location yet only a few minutes walk into Steyning a really interesting small town. Jane and Gary are prefect hosts, friendly and helpful and are always available if needed. We will definitely visit again when we are next in the area visiting family.

I can't say enough good things about our hosts and their property. We had a family emergency to deal with while staying there, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The location is great for the south coast and the property well equiped with quality furniture and fittings. Felt like a home away from home and I hope we will be able to return soon.

Comfy bed and beautiful view from the bedroom, overlooking the garden. Lovely stay which included fresh eggs from the friendly hens :)

Jane and Gary are super-duper hosts. The Garden Cottage was very peaceful, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with its own lovely garden. Highlights: The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, the shower has superb water pressure, and the welcome/instruction folder is one of the most helpful we’ve ever come across. The chickens were delightful too. Thank you very much, Jane and Gary.
