Apartment was great for a work visit overall as advertised. There is parking for two cars so if you are visiting with a larger group that has more cars this would need to be coordinated. The floors can definitely be squeaky and noisy at times from the apartment upstairs so light sleepers may want to pick a specific room where the noise is less.

From the very start we should have canceled the reservation. As soon as we paid she sent us a message already assuming we would make loud noises and cause damage. The house is the middle floor of a Tri-plex and the other tenants do not want the host to have it as an air bnb so complain to her constantly. AND TO NO SURPRISE 25 minutes after we left the host messaged and said we owe her hundreds of dollars for repairs Admittedly, 1 friend had a nose bleed and ruined a pillow case. We offered to replace but we’re met with a bill for a 75.00 pillow case. The unit had many problems from before we arrived. We know this bc the cleaner was there when we arrived and told me about all the problems like broken showers and drains, freezing unclean pool filters, crazy neighbors, and what to do for when we check out. We followed all her instructions and we were still sent a bill after we left STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This house is very nice and spacious, with a great enclosed patio! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. We didn't get to use the pool but its definitely a bonus in the summer. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear every footstep of the residents above, but it didn't really bother us too much. Melanie was a great host and quick at responding. Check in was super easy with the lock box.
