My two sisters and I have been in SD area since 1998, And been in this home since 2004, We are very active, health conscience, and try too be environmentally friendly, For Room Guest: we are hoping to have room guest who are busy with a job or school, no work from home job, must be quiet, clean, respectful of other guests and their space, we prefer guest who are gone during the day or can tolerate some noise certain days when we tackle some projects around the house, we will chat a little with our guest too make sure you are comfortable, but other then that we are too ourselves a lot, we have no set schedules so we may be home cleaning or doing projects around the home and maybe making some noise, but we are quiet especially in the evenings reading, and studying, For Full Home Renters! (June through August) we don't interact with the guest at all, besides checking guest in, No smoking allowed of any kind! No vaping No drugs! No pets!
