Thank you Sanjeevani for hosting me. You are a nice and sweet person. She will guide you well about the local scene to visit , she is very responsive. The place is also nice , you can walk down your the Kookal lake in 2 mints . I would like to inform that Kookal is a beautiful place to visit , you must try the place. Ok, for meal , you have to order ( Sanjeevani will guide you), try ghee rice and chicken gravy, it is spicy yet yummy. The breakfast at this place is awesome, try tasty Maggie and omlet . Overall nice to stay and roam around . Just to mention , there are lot of friendly dogs available in the property , however they are really friendly . Thank you .

For the amount we paid, the place was really worth it. Clean toilet, beautiful trees around, great surrounding location, peaceful stay, very good caretaker and really loved being around so many dogs. There were around 15 dogs in the property of which 6 dogs were let free and they were all friendly. They do bark at nights but it wasn’t a problem for us. The sheets and bedding was dusty and that was our only concern. That was also addressed by caretaker after we asked for new sheets. Would come again for sure! Thanks for the lovely experience!

The place had almost zero maintenance. The bedsheets and pillow covers stained and unchanged, and a lot of dust coming out of the blanket. I insisted the caretaker change them, and was shocked to see the condition of the mattress too! The host MUST include pictures of the washroom . They’re poorly maintained Indian style toilet (without a health faucet), with a separate room for bath. Also, they're shared with others at the property. Almost zero cleaning here too, with cobwebs in washrooms and bedrooms. If you’re tight on budget, I’d suggest you ask for food prices beforehand, as an egg curry could go as high as Rs. 200, and they’re just average. And not many choices for food around this place either. There are dogs at the property, and they’re very loving and friendly. But if you’re a light sleeper with plans for early morning, their barking through the night could be a problem. The only good part was the location. Not a crowded place, and Kookal lake is at a walkable distance.

its a nice place to escape from city life. the property was neat and clean, the was so gud and the caretakers are always responsive. love the dogs 😍😍😍 in the property

This was my second trip to Kookal paradise, and this place is so welcoming that I am looking forward to my third stay sometime soon.
