Elegant one bedroom apartment with two balconies! - Brand new king size bed! (180 x 200) - Large wardrobe. - Washing machine and drying rack. - Oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, frapee blender, kettle, toaster. - 40" Full HD TV in living room, 32" Full HD Smart TV in bedroom and Wi-Fi. - hairdryer, ironing system, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. - Screen doors and windows. - Blockout thermal curtains. Your space --FLAT-- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the building has a daytime concierge service. There is no elevator. The accommodation has a conditioning / heating system. --BEDROOM-- -Brand new king size bed! It can also be splitted into two single beds! Bed sheets and pillowcases provided every 3 days. -Big wardrobe. -Mirror with a high seat. --BATHROOM-- Bathroom has a glass panel bath tube. -Towels and bathroom mat provided every 3 days. Soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. --KITCHEN-- The kitchen equipment is complete. There is a table with four chairs. We supply local olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and for breakfast toasts, butter, jams and honey. The refrigerator has a zone for frozen food and one for food where you will find a bottle of Kefalonian dry white Robola wine, mineral water and fruit juice. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine with coffee and tea bags. There is a washing machine (with a drying rack on balcony) and an ironing system. Only electricity is used for cooking and heating food. --BALCONY-- - One table and two comfortable chairs on each balcony. Balconies are connected and all four chairs can fit in one balcony! --SAFETY-- The accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher positioned under the small oven, a fire blanket which is close to the oven and a first aid kit placed inside the wardrobe. --OTHER SERVICES-- Transfer from the airport or anywhere else to the apartment is provided with an extra cost. Rental car and island tour services.

Fantastic host. Any queries he was willing to help and gave all the information we needed before arrival! Lovely apartment which is close to the harbour so good for evening entertainment. Would recommend staying here for sure. Will defo be back

This is a fantastic apartment to stop in in the lovely island of Kefalonia and use as a base. Gerasimos is a brilliant guy to deal with and so helpful. Because of the arrival of a rare cyclone he let me stop another night and even gave me a lift to the airport the next day. What a saviour!! The apartment is large and got everything you need but eating out is so good. The balcony catches all day sun which is so good with a glass of the local wine which Gerasimos kindly supplies in a welcome pack of jam/honey/tea/coffee. Indeed I even bought some more of the wine from Gerasimos as it was so lovely. Brilliant place/people/scenery/island. I miss it already and definitely want to come back. Gerasimos has 4 different size apartments and I seen two of the others and they looked excellent. A well ran establishment and a delight to visit.
Gerasimo’s apartment is in a great location, a 5-10 minute walk from the main town waterfront and restaurants/cafes/shops. In the other direction, you can walk about 15-20 minutes to some stunning coves for swimming. The apartment is spacious and has all of the amenities you need. Gerasimos even provided a bottle of wine and some spreads and juice for breakfast. The balcony has an amazing view of the hills, making it a lovely place to sit and have breakfast or dinner. Gerasimos went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged airport transfers and car hire and had great communication. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment!
Colourful Apartments was brilliant. The apartment was huge and all amenities were modern and worked great. The host, Gerasimos was also awesome and very helpful for my whole stay.

Green lagoon apartment is located on a pleasant, elegant and safe neighborhood! Lots of conveniences close, such as supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and the hospital of Argostoli.
The apartment has free indoor garage (upon availability) and free parking as well just outside on the road, there are always many lots available! Bus station is close 5' on foot.
