We had a wonderful stay at Grant’s place. It is a beautiful setting and the apartment was super cozy. They also have some awesome snacks and breakfast treats. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing break from city life. Tony & Lynn.

This is an excellent space and an exceptional host! Very accommodating to our little girl and very comfortable. Decked out with great snacks and even breakfast, though we opted for Rita’s tacos, they’re killer. Tons, I mean tons of wildlife, deer, antelope, turkeys, fun to see, just keep an eye out driving in those hills. This is the model of what you wish every Air BnB was like, very relaxing and accommodating!

This was a relaxing oasis at the end of a busy day! The drive was so scenic and relaxing. The gated community has charming fallow deer and exotic antelope! I saw several throughout the weekend. The place was super private and quite. Well stocked with breakfast items and drinks and snacks!

My husband and my brother & SIL were in Kerrville to watch the annular eclipse. The 2 br/1ba garage apartment was spacious and very comfortable for the 4 of us plus my 2 small dogs. The apartment looks just like the posted photos... bright and airy and SPARKLING CLEAN! The kitchen was fully stocked plus the Host provided breakfast items, soft drinks, a nice bottle of wine, and various snack foods. The house is a few miles from town. VERY peaceful! Dogs loved exploring the huge backyard, and it was perfect for eclipse watching! There was no water pressure when we arrived. NOT the host's fault! (Nearby road-workers had turned it off without notice!) But, the Host was INSTANTLY responsive. Brought us several gallons of bottled water to tide us over and even offered to put us up in a hotel if H2O issue was not resolved within an hour. Fortunately it was. Only issue of note is the stairway up to the apartment is a bit narrow, especially when carrying a large item. Overall: A++++ stay
