My stay at 37 on Kikambala was really great. I and my friends had such a good time and I would recommend it to anyone. I hope the hot water situation can be resolved as that was a little painful but other than that, my stay was awesome.

My overall experience at this place wasn’t what I expected. The property itself is very beautiful newly built but they have maintenance issues which were disappointing. Upon our arrival We were exploring the apartment and walked to the kitchen and my son fell really hard and hurt his leg in a puddle of water which seemed to be coming from the laundry room. When I opened the door it was completely flooded. I contacted the desk and they came to have a look, he mopped the room but didn’t stop the flowing water so our whole stay the room was literally just flooding, I kind of felt bad for him as he was also mopping other areas of the building that water kept leaking through due to rain storms that was happening. And we were not able to use the laundry which was a huge issue because we had no choice but to pack dirty laundry. The major issue we also had was no hot water which really sucked because I had my children with me no one wants to take cold showers. Another issue I’m currently experiencing is the loss of my sons Apple Air Pods which are very expensive and he left it on the couch before we left and I have yet to hear back from the host in regards to retrieving my sons item which he is very upset and hurt about. Other than that they stay was ok, like I mentioned above the property is gorgeous and if you don’t mind maintenance and there is also construction on the property they are building another condo right behind which get very loud during the day for those who just want to relax and sleep. Also the host was very nice enough to provide a later check out due to our flight Cancelations which I really appreciated. So overall I would rate my experience ok, it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst.
