when we asked for directions after we reached Entebbe, the host informed us that they can not accommodate us. It was a festive season and she might have got a better rate. she asked for additional pay if we have to get the accommodation we booked; as she claimed Airbnb made a mistake. we refused and stayed in another place. Airbnb has refunded the payment. However, there should be a way to compensate for the unplanned expenses we have incurred due to the reckless host.

This apartment is well located and close to the Airport. It is small but well equipped and very clean.

Crystal apartments is by far the classiest apartment complex i have stayed at in Uganda. All services were available as described on Airbnb and at a great price. Their warm and friendly staff felt like my second family by the end of my stay. The owner was very warm and generous and even invited me to the project's inaugural party, which was awesome. Crystal will be my number one spot when i return to Uganda. And i will reccomend it to all my friends traveling to Uganda.

This is a great place. The location near the airport is ideal and there are beautiful views from the rooftop balcony. The amenities are outstanding and the staff very helpful. The price was reasonable as well.
