Ann was extremely responsive, almost immediately answering any questions or concerns. The condo was sparkling clean with the perfect small touches and amenities and beautiful decorated. The condo exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our girls weekend. Thank you, Ann for being such a wonderful host.

I stayed at Newport Haven with 3 friends the weekend of 8/9-8/11/19. It was a wonderful stay! The apt looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a nautical theme. Bannister and Bowen Wharfs are just 17 minutes away by walking. The owner Ann was accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay at Newport Haven again next time I’m in town!

Amazing location, beautiful inside - you can tell it’s all brand new. Right in the mix on Thames Street. Plenty of room for a family or a multi-couple get away, great place!!

Classic beach home in the best location where you are walking distance to all the action and non-action. You just feel at home and the home owner was very nice and communicative. I could not have asked for me. You feel at home but on vacation at the same time. I will use this house if I come back for sure.

My family stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. Right on Thames street, it really gave us the real feel of newport. Loved the beachy vibes!
