Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie bei Richard und ich muss sagen, es war alles so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wir sind mit Absicht nicht in die Hochburgen von Thailand gefahren, da wir keine Lust auf Party usw hatten, haben uns daher in Hut Hin und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig in einer Community gelegen und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich dort. Man wird immer mit einem lächeln begrüßt und wenn man Hilfe braucht, bekommt man sehr schnell welche. Richards Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und die Aufteilung im Haus ist perfekt. Wir kamen etwas früher an, als gedacht, aber selbst der etwas frühere Check-In war gar kein Problem. Es gibt einen Taxi-Service zum Festpreis in die Stadt, sodass man sich auch keine Gedanken machen muss, wie man einkaufen kann. Außerdem kann man über die Community Roller mieten etc. Wir würden wiederkommen. Danke Richard, dass wir bei dir wohnen durften!

The house is exactly as seen in the photos. The pool is great and the garden is very private. All bedrooms are furnished the same with super king, comfortable beds. Bed linen was crisp and clean. The quality of the towels could have been better. It’s a resort style development and bed linen and towels are not limited to the one property. The kitchen had everything we needed, we weren’t there to cook but there were pans available. The TV had Netflix which provided enough entertainment when needed. There are adequate loungers for six people and the sun is in the garden all day, We hired a car and we are very familiar with Hua Hin so getting about was easy. The location is a bit off the beaten track but a taxi into town is only about £5. There are two good restaurants very close and also a coffee shop that does breakfast. Nothing is provided, no cleaning materials or cloths, no mop and bucket. There is a washing machine which is very handy if you’re there for a long time.

Richard‘s Villa ist ein Schmuckstück, sehr privat, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll designed. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Pool gepflegt und von angenehmer Größe und Tiefe. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist perfekt und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Richard ist ein äußerst freundlicher und proactiver Host, der zuverlässig und detailliert kommuniziert. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können Richard‘s Villa absolut empfehlen.

Hi Everyone, I am a frequent traveller to Thailand and especially Hua Hin. We used to stay in hotels before and we wanted a different experience this time as we booked Richard's Place. It looked exactly as In pictuers and exceeded our expectations indeed. we enjoyed relaxing at this place and would definitely recommend anyone seeking privacy and relaxing time by the pool to book Richard's House. walking around and enjoying surroundings is so calming and brings peaceful atmosphere. Richard is a really kind person and helped us when we needed extra information regarding check out and etc. He made our stay very comfortable one. Personally I would stay here again as I love the House, swimming pool and kind neighbours. Many Thanks alot to Richard
