Jared’s place was immaculate!! Just how the pictures look. Very responsive. The washer stopped working and Jared offered us to go to his other house and wash our laundry before heading back to Ohio. This will be our go to house every Arizona trip! Thanks Jared.

Jared was a great host. He made sure we had everything that we needed and accommodated to our needs. If something was missing in the house he made sure to go and get that for us. He was very attentive and really appreciated the fact that he made sure we felt at home. The house was beautiful with a great pool. It was a great house for a family. The neighborhood is also beautiful with great parks walking distance.

Jared is a wonderful host! His home is just as described and communication was very easy a quick! The home is nicely stocked we had everything needed for our perfect staycation. Jared accommodated us amazingly through out our entire stay! The home is kid friendly. Felt like at home and comfortable. It was nice to have the option for the patio gate to be put up for our littles to be safe! It put us at ease that there was a gate to enter the pool. There’s also a gate inside the home closing off the front of the house! I thought that was an amazing idea as we have twins that are runners and the gate kept them safe from getting to the front door! There was a couple things that needed to be taken care of and he personally took care of everything, which we appreciated so much! He is friendly and very understanding. One of the best hosts and stays we have had. Our family enjoyed the pool and the pool table upstairs was a nice bonus activity! We definitely recommend! Thank you!

Grateful for the ability to secure the booking same day of the check-in. His responsiveness to quick questions that arose one evening were incredibly helpful. Location is central between two growing cities in a quiet, residential area. Local and chain restaurants, shopping, gyms, coffee, shops, were all within just a matter of minutes. The home is sizable enough to accommodate large families or small groups wanting to get together. Each room offers quite a bit of size for luggage, and/or smaller children who might be joining. With closets that are unreal in size ~ gigantic! Thank you so much for accommodating our last minute booking!
