A small street, separates the property from the sandy beach. After you pass by the property's main entrance, a small paved private lane inside the private property, will lead you to the protected private parking inside the villa. The house itself, lies between an olive orchard and the sea and consists of three different levels. The Ground level: The ground level contains a cozy, spacious living room with sofa's and a TV, a large kitchen fully functional and equipped with all kitchenware and electrical appliances that you may need during your accommodation and an even bigger space between the kitchen and the living room. That space, serves both as living room and dinning space. It contains a large dinning table and just glass balcony doors separates that space from the outside of the villa. This makes the dinning space extremely bright, and gives you an amazing view of the sea from everywhere, with the swimming pool area on the foreground. If you open the glass balcony doors, you can enjoy the cool sea breeze while sitting or having lunch inside! On this ground level, you will also find a bathroom with a shower. The outside space of the gtound level is the ideal place to enjoy the Greek summer. Extremely spacious, bright and equipped with garden furniture, a large outside lunch/dinning table, a BBQ, and one more outside fridge, so as you can cook, eat, enjoy a cold drink or just relax and enjoy the sunset in front of the blue sea. A pergola protects the outside space from the sun. In front of this outside space, there lies the villa's swimming pool, with a deck all around equipped with sunbeds, perfect place for sunbathing. The swimming pool, has 2m depth at its deepest point and 0.5m depth at the more shallow end, so that both adults and children can enjoy it. All around the outside space and the swimming pool, there is a huge garden extended as far as the property limit in front of the sea. The garden is full of grass, several plants and trees, perfect opportunity for adults, youngsters and pets to be in contact with the Greek countryside and play games. The 1st floor: At the villa's first floor, you will find 3 different bedrooms.The two out of the three Bedrooms have a single bed each (100cm x 200cm) while the third bedroom has one King size bed (160cm x 200cm). This floor, also have one more bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms, share a huge balcony, approximately 50sq.m, with an amazing view of the garden, the pool area and the beautiful Argolic gulf. This outside space, is also protected from the sun by a pergola and equipped with two tables with chairs. The Basement: The Villa basement, consists of 3 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms with showers and 1 more kitchen also fully operational and equipped with electrical appliances where you can cook. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed (160cm x 200cm), the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. Finally, on the basement floor, you will find an additional spacious room, that serves as a storage unit also equipped with laundry machine, dryer, an iron and an ironing pad. All of the rooms and inside areas of the Villa, are bright, spacious, modern decorated, and fully air-conditioned for cool or heat, by 10 different heat-pumps in total. In the outside area of the Villa, you will find two more Solar-powered outdoor Showers.
