The home worked as a home base while traveling around San Diego as it was centrally located and near a highway. The home and the neighborhood it was in were far from fancy, and a bit beat up. The inside looked like the photos and was clean but had some issues and older plumbing. The host was communicative in fixing any issues at first, but later stopped. All in all I was glad to have the amount of space for my small family, and our toddler enjoyed “vacation home.” We appreciated that the place was stocked with essentials like soap, toilet paper, and keurig pods as well as Disney+ and other services on the TV.

Tracy’s place is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore San Diego but get away from the crowds for a restful night! The home was beautiful and clean and everything we could have asked for!

Our stay at Tracy’s place was perfect. It was an easy walk to and from Petco Park, the key reason for our visit. Tracy had the place set up perfectly for three adults to share and still feel private. The living area was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed. The side porch was a beautiful spot for morning coffee. Tracy was so easy to communicate with, and we easily added an extra day when we wanted to explore a little more! I’m so glad it was available. It’s a great area in San Diego to get to most places easily, especially to North Park for the beer and Balboa Park for the scenery! We also followed one of Tracy’s suggested sightseeing ideas and went to Liberty Village - very interesting and great food choices for lunch!
